Returns & Exchanges

We want you and your recipients to love every pair! If for any reason you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Store Credits: We offer store credit for the full purchase price of the item(s), valid for 12 months.
• How to Start a Return: Please email us at sayitwithsocks.aus@gmail.com with your order or invoice number to receive return authorization.
• Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot process credits for items lost in transit without proof of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be received in their original, unused condition. Once our Customer Service team inspects your return, your 12-month credit note will be issued.
